Shipping:  Shipping and handling costs are $5.25 for up to 3 items (tools, beads) for US customers and 3 items (beads, tools)  for International customers in one shipment, after 3 and up to 6 items are $10.50. The shipping for the books internationally are $15.00. Insurance is optional, please ask as it is not part of your total.  Thanks for looking and enjoy your new LEONARDO LAMPWORK beads, tools and book.

Return Policies:  We  will accept returns for our beads for any reason, but please ask any questions before buying. If you are not satisfied contact me within 7 days of receiving the beads and return them insured. We do not accept returns after 7 days of the receipt of your confirmation delivery unless you have emailed me. Any broken beads not insured will be deducted from the refund. We only refund the purchase price, not the shipping. We will refund your money within 30 days. Thank you!
